QuesCom Mobility Services

The QuesCom mobility solution is a software application that can be integrated into the QuesCom 200, 300 and 400. The focal point of the phone system architecture, the solution is located between the PBX and the telecommunication networks. QuesCom monitors and manages all calls from fixed to mobile phones respectively, thus enriching the phone system with advanced mobility services.

The main functionalities of the QuesCom Mobility Services pack are:

 

Single Number Phone and fax calls are received on a direct, single number
(DDI). Calls received are redirected in accordance with rules and filters defined by
the user. Also contains automatic fax detection. 

 

Voice Call Continuity Automatic and seemless Voice Call Continuity from WiFi to GSM and vice versa. (available mid March 2008)

 

Personal Call Manager User Web interface for handling redirections and
profiles. Journal of calls received, sent, not answered, and faxes.

 

Extended Unified Messaging Personal voice message consultation by phone
or email

 

Mobile Extension Access to nine PBX-like functions from any registered
mobile phone: call hold, call resume, conference call, switching between calls,
transfer with or without consultation, selection of redirection profiles, access to
company voice messages, and voice help.

 

Mobile Least Cost Routing Optimisation and automation of mobile call
routing using software for mobile phones available on Symbian and Java
platforms

 

MobiQ QuesCom application for smartphones enables a user to transfer a call
from their mobile phone in a quick and easy manner.

 

Advanced Fax Functions Receive and send faxes with one number, directly
with any messaging application (Outlook, Lotus Notes, etc). Easily manage fax
campaigns. Also, reduce printing costs as faxes can now be saved on a server
rather than printed. T38 supported.
